Dying to be Thin
for some reason I get the best results from the ABC Diet and I leave for my trip to San Juan in 4 weeks. So I am going to be extremely strict with the ABC Diet before and during the trip. My friend is vegetarian so she wont really notice that i’m eating less than her.
Going to do my best to lose at least another 10lbs before the trip.
the 1st row is me at 265lbs. 2nd row is 210lbs and the 3rd row is 182lbs.
I am now finally seeing the difference. I am so happy about it. hopefully by my birthday at the end of May it will be a total transformation.
This is also the first time I have let anyone see my face. usually I just cover it or crop it out but no more being ashamed of what I look like or what I am doing :)
todays limit was 200 Calories. I went to Panda Express and ordered a panda bowl of mixed vegetables and peppercorn shrimp. A total of 210 calories. I didnt flip out about the extra 10 calories like i usually do because i walked 4 miles in over 100 degree weather and I went to the gym for 1hr 15min doing a moderate workout.
hoping tomorrow goes as well as today did.
